Locks4Vans is a well-established company in Gravesend with a long history of working with my family, having partnered with my dad for a long time for ISO 9001 purposes (I took over from my Dad when he retired). They already had a strong Quality Manager in place and robust systems, but wanted additional independent support to strengthen their ISO compliance and audit readiness.

Throughout, the focus was on strengthening the existing systems and giving the Quality Manager a trusted partner for complex audit situations.

Internal audits are carried out independently and objectively, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations. During third-party audits, the team feels fully supported and well-prepared, with no major non-conformities arising. Overall, the business enjoys improved compliance and peace of mind knowing that audit readiness is consistently maintained.
